STANDARD DIGITAL EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY PRICE LIST AND OPTIONS (For Reunions, Banquets, Parties, Corporate Events, Weddings, etc.)
All Prices Include Texas State and Local Sales Taxes No Additional Sales Tax Added.
Option 1 – $75 per hour, minimum 2 hours coverage required. For customers requiring digital photography services only, with option to purchase prints as needed. No proof prints provided as part of this package. All images may be viewed via Cd-rom and prints/enlargements may be purchased via email request @ info@FolioArte.com.
Additional fees apply for Prints -Refer to Print Prices.
Option 2 – $150 per hour, minimum 2 hours coverage required. For customers requiring digital photography services as well as printed copies of all images.
One copy of each print will be delivered to customer, and customer may retain these delivered prints. All images may be viewed Cd-rom and additional reprints/enlargements may be purchased via email request @ info@FolioArte.com.
Option 3 – $300 per hour, minimum 2 hours coverage required. For customers requiring digital photography services as well as digital delivery of images on CD. No proof prints provided as part of this package. All images will be saved to CD and CD/files delivered to customer to use as needed.Option 4 – $375 per hour, minimum 2 hours coverage required. For customers requiring digital photography services, printed copies of images, and digital delivery on CD. One copy of each print will be delivered to customer, and customer may retain these delivered prints.All images will be saved to CD and CD/files delivered to customer to use as needed. Retainer and Payment Requirements: A nonrefundable $150 retainer (applied toward total) is required to reserve each date, unless otherwise negotiated. If multiple events are booked, a separate deposit/retainer is required for each event. Balance of payment for the initially booked package is due on the day of the event.
Any additional balance due is payable upon delivery of final product to customer.

How to Order Reprints and Enlargements: Reprints and enlargements may be purchased by emailing your request to info@FolioArte.com.
Additional Options and Information:
Custom Photo Album (Album only; does not include extra photos). This option is often desired, providing excellent long-term storage and the best guarantee of untouched/unblemished photos. Prints from your event are sorted, arranged, and placed in a burgundy, black, or white custom album with acid-free pages. Small albums (holding up to 200 prints) are $50 for the album, assembly, and handling. Large albums (holding up to 300 prints) are $75 for the album, assembly, and handling.
Travel/Mileage (For distances beyond 15 miles from studio): A door-to-door travel/mileage fee of 50 cents per mile applies to all events for which we must travel beyond a 15-mile distance from our studio.
Shipping & Handling for Mailed Orders: Reprint and enlargement orders have a predetermined shipping and handling fee that is assessed at time of purchase. For items other than mail , it is the customers responsibility to arrange for pickup from Dora Leticia Photography. Photo orders may be shipped to customers for an additional charge to cover shipping, handling, and insurance. Shipping cost varies with size and nature of customer order, as well as customers preferred shipping priority. Minimum shipping charge is $10. This shipping cost generally applies to CD and proof print deliveries that must be mailed to the customer.
